<p>The device has power supply unit arranged outside a door, receiver provided to receive electric power, and transmitter for sending electric power from power supply unit to receiver. The transmitter has primary and secondary coils arranged with air gap in between them. When door is closed, the primary coil faces secondary coil and electric power is supplied to primary coil. The electric power is used to generate electromagnetic field in primary ferromagnetic core. The electromagnetic field is received by secondary ferromagnetic core and converted into electric power by secondary coil. A magnetic core is arranged in the air gap. The primary coil is arranged in a primary module located in a wall. The secondary coil is arranged in a secondary module located in a door.</p> |
