<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply cogeneration device capable of reducing the running cost and reducing the equipment capacity by using a combustion- type generator in combination with a hot water storage-type electric water heater. <P>SOLUTION: A hot water storage operation control means in a control panel 5 inputs a temperature Th1 of the hot water in a surge tank 11, a temperature Th3 of the hot water supplied to a heat exchanger 7 from the surge tank 11, a maximum temperature Th2 of the hot water in a hot water storage tank 29, and a water storage amount W in the surge tank 11, and outputs the operation command OC, the heat exchanging switching command RC and a water supply command WC in accordance with the predetermined operation control mode.
