At least two processing mechanisms (3,4) process a workpiece held by a clamping device (19) of a positioning apparatus (7) arranged on adjustment devices (15,16). The workpiece is displaceable between the processing positions of the processing mechanisms. The clamping device is tiltable about either or both a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis. An independent claim is also included for a positioning apparatus.
