The watch has a dial (1) and a display unit for displaying the time of a day and time for the sun rise and fall. The dial has two separate 24-hour-time scales (7) and twelve-hour-time scales (11) arranged around an axis of the dial. The time scales (7,11) have a 24-hour partition and 12-hour-partition, respectively. Optical display surfaces (8,9,10) are arranged close to the scale (7) in a modifiable manner and provide time of the sun set and rise, time domain of the day time, dawn and night. The time of day is represented parallely on the time scale (11) by the display unit.
