When an insufficient amount of engagement prevents engagement in the correct position, the engagement portion (11) contacts with the flexible member (5) and prevents the shaft body (1) from engaging with the shaft joint (A). When canceling the coupling for maintenance, etc., the engagement of the flexible member (5) with the positioning recess (12) is cancelled by deflecting the flexible member (5) in a width direction of the engagement groove (21).
