<p>The invention relates to acidic and buffered skin-care compositions comprising nicotinamid and an absorbing agent, selected from titanium dioxide, titanium dioxide treated with a silicone derivative or fatty acids, zinc oxide treated with a silicone derivative or fatty acids and mixtures thereof. The invention relates also to medicaments comprising said compositions used for treating and/or preventing minor skin irritations, especially diaper dermatitis. The invention relates lastly to the use of said compositions as anti-urease agents.</p> |
