FIELD: training equipment. SUBSTANCE: mechanical arm has tubular pole composed of telescopic parts. Tubular portion of pole having maximum diameter is attached to transverse pipe axially aligned with sleeve and horizontal shaft, which is attached on bracket. Bracket, in its turn, is joined to vertical shaft fixed on base of mechanical arm. Other end of tubular portion of pole having maximum diameter is provided with opening for fixing tubular portion of pole having minimum diameter. The latter has set of openings positioned at its one end and adapted for adjusting arm height, and bead welded to its other end. Handle is put onto pole and is continuously connected to bracket. Bracket is connected through cable to variable resistance unit of arm-wrestling exerciser. Mechanical arm is further provided with attachment extending from base to tubular portion of pole having maximum diameter. EFFECT: increased efficiency in arm-wrestling exercising process, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
