Device has outer tube shaped catheter part (1) with flange (4) at backward end region and has inner discharge tube (6) which is derived from flange and running through catheter part. The discharge tube has catheter tip (7) fixed to front end to move against front side of catheter part. The catheter part has axial section, which is bulged radially outwards and catheter part, discharge part tube have wall openings (3) through which urine enters and discharges.
