The nozzle has a tubular external needle (5) with a part (5A) having an increased inside diameter section with an inner circumference of an end section of the part. Another part (5B) is fitted closely inside the increased inner diameter section of the former part (5A) and includes mechanical characteristics in such a manner that the latter part (5B) is more flexible or elastic than the former part (5A).
