The assembly is comprised of two pieces held together by mechanical components e.g. fasteners. An orifice at the upper part receives different types of supports for signaling. An orifice in a longitudinal section allows connection of the supports through a bar. A stopper is provided in the upper part through which water or e.g. sand is filled. Another stopper is provided in the lower part which is for draining. The support has two openings, forming a handle that facilitates transport. The lower part has small projections for providing greater hold in case of ice or snow on the pavement.
