Table assembly (1) has tabletops (3,4) which are carried by carrier arrangement of support unit (2,5). The support unit is arranged in an intermediate level between the parallel planes of tabletops. An axis of rotation for each of the tabletops is assigned at opposite end areas of the tabletops.
