The strip (1) has a retainer with a face plate. A shaft is connected with the face plate for mechanical fixing of insulators on a flat roof, where the strip is formed as a laminar band with holes (3) arranged in a longitudinal direction of the band. The retainer and tensile strength reinforcements (5) are oriented in the longitudinal direction, and tensile strength of the strip is reinforced in the longitudinal direction of the band. An independent claim is also included for a fixing unit magazine with a magazine strip.
