Optical lens comprises a substrate, a coating comprising at least a colorant sensitive to photodegradation and a protective coating (I) against the photodegradation (i.e. anti-UV coating) comprising at least a colorant sensitive to photodegradation, where (I) is obtained from a photopolymerization of acrylate oligomer and mono- or polyfunctional acrylate monomers, an UV absorber at 5-30 wt.% and a photoinitiator at 3-12 wt.%. An independent claim is included for: a process of manufacturing the optical lens, particularly colored and/or polarized lens comprising depositing the coating sensitive to photodegradation on a transparent substrate or a varnish coated substrate, optionally preparing a chemical surface on the obtained substrate, depositing (I), and photopolymerizing (I).
