摘要 <p>The device for metering of precipitation agent by compressed air for phosphate elimination in packaged- and small-scale sewage treatment plants, comprises container (1) for the agent, dosing unit, pipeline (3) for the agent, supply line and a connection between storage- and metering containers. The phosphate elimination takes place in new plants and existing plants (retro-fitting) using SBR (sequencing batch reactor) procedures, fixed bed procedure or activated sludge process or other procedures, with an air compressor/blower. The device for metering of precipitation agent by compressed air for phosphate elimination in packaged- and small-scale sewage treatment plants, comprises container (1) for the agent, dosing unit, pipeline (3) for the agent, supply line and a connection between storage- and metering containers. The phosphate elimination takes place in new plants and existing plants (retro-fitting) using SBR (sequencing batch reactor) procedures, fixed bed procedure or activated sludge process or other procedures, with an air compressor/blower. The storage container is formed within or outside of the plant, in a separate space-forming housing or an already existing separate space-forming housing (e.g. switchgear cabinet). The size and form of the metering unit and of the storage container are changed just like the other components depending upon requirement. The metering unit and/or the storage containers exhibit a round, polygonal or other geometrical form. The metering of the agent takes place over time, wastewater quantity or other control variables. Existing control mechanisms are used or the treatment procedure/device is equipped with an own control mechanism. The metering unit is connected with the storage container with stable or flexible pipes. The metering unit is fastened at or in the storage container or is separately fastened to the storage container. The metering unit is built with variable volumes, in order to adjust the dosing volume per dosing procedure in a simple manner. The adjustment of the dosing volume takes place in a typical procedure arrangement by a movable, adjustable metering line or a movable, adjustable discharge pipe (7) in the metering unit. Through openings (4) in the pipeline for the agent, the compressed air enters into the storage container and causes a mixing of the precipitating agent in the storage container. The pipeline for the precipitating agent is extended and laid out in loops at the bottom of the storage container. All or every one of the supply- and discharge pipes is equipped with flaps, valves or other closing bodies. The storage container is provided with a post-supply line or mechanism, in order to re-fill the used-up precipitating agent. Lid of the storage container is provided with aeration- and/or deaeration devices and is implemented in a screwed-, hinged-, movable- or removable manner. All the components present in the device are made from plastic, polyethylene or other building or component material or a combination of it. The storage container is provided with a holding device in order to fasten or fix the container in the treatment plants. The compressed air needed for the operation of the device is removed from an existing air supply line (e.g. for the air supply of the blower membrane or the air lift pump for feeding). The procedure/device is also used in places where so far no compressor was used. By a simple re-fitting device for producing compressed air (e.g. small compressor), the procedure/device is operated in the same way in all the plants. The existing plants are re-fitted in a simple manner. The storage container (1) exhibits a level indicator and or a device for preventing overfilling.</p>
