The feed channel (15) for the material being sprayed and the dosing needle (8) have a complimentary shape over a distance in the valve length direction, next to the nozzle outlet opening (14), in order to center the needle in this channel, allowing material to flow over the needle towards this opening. The channel has a round cylindrical shape and the needle has a polygonal cross-section in this region, or vice versa. The valve (1) comprises an elongated nozzle (13) with a feed channel extending in the nozzle length direction to the outlet opening, as well as a dosing valve movably mounted in this channel in order to open and close it. Gas supply channels (18, 19) are located next to the outlet opening. |
