<p>Thermoformable sheet having a thickness of at least 300 micrometers comprisinga blend of: (A) from 5 to 20% by weight of a propylene-ethylene copolymer havingsubstantially isotactic propylene sequences, the propylene-ethylene copolymerhaving a melt flow rate from 4 to 30 g/10 min and comprising at least 70% by weightunits derived from propylene and from about 10 to 20% by weight units derived fromethylene; and (B) from 80 to 95% by weight of a polypropylene having a melt flowrate of from 2 to 8 grams/10 minutes, wherein the melt flow rate of the blend is from2 to 7 grams/10 minutes and wherein the blend exhibits: (1) room temperature Charpytoughness of at least 15 KJ/m2, (2) flexural modulus of at least 1000MPa, (3) 00 Charpy toughness of at least 2 KJ/m2, and (4) avalue for haze of less than 40%.</p> |
