A baton for a mobster suppression is provided to prevent a sound pressure from being generated in a cylinder by forming a hole on a safety unit coupled with the outer cylinder. In a baton for a mobster suppression, a batting bar(10) includes a plurality of cylinders(11,17,23). A taper structure is formed on a portion of sides of inner/outside diameters for allowing the cylinders to be inserted sequentially and coupled one another. A handle(30) coupled with one of the plurality of cylinders includes a shield unit(34) having a shield wing(36) formed extendedly in a both-sides direction thereof on an upper part and a space which accommodates the plurality of cylinders inside and has an opening at a bottom. A batting bar retreat maintaining unit(40) coupled with the bottom of the handle includes a lower housing(48) having a receipt space a cylindrical spring fixing unit(44) made of a synthetic resin and a maintaining spring(42) formed of a wire. The spring fixing unit is inserted/fixed to the receipt space of the lower housing and has a penetrated structure and the maintaining spring is inserted into a penetrated center of the spring fixing unit. |
