The present invention relates to an industrial system for manufacturing EMBOSSED DECORATIVE PANELS, which successfully replace conventional artisanal systems as well as elements obtained therewith. The purpose of the inventive panels is to provide an industrial manufacturing system having a high performance and quality, and a low cost useful for obtaining novel concepts, such as SCULPTURAL SHAPES, replacing leaden works in conventional methods and the use of high relief applied as a general rule in the whole panel construction; the panel also has the characteristic of being MODULARLY ASSEMBLED, thereby forming panels having different applications, such as window covers, walls and soffits, partitions, folding screens, etc., by attaching identical elements therebetween. Due to the six-side assembly, the present panel may be useful for covering spherical shapes having geodesic surfaces.
