摘要
#CMT# #/CMT# Preparation of water dilutable soap concentrates, comprises saponification of a principal mixture, in the presence of less water, under agitation and controlled temperature, where the saponification is performed using a completely solubilized base to which a fatty substance is added, while maintaining an alkaline pH until the end of the preparation and is preceded/followed by other chemical reactions such as acido-basic neutralization. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are included for: (1) a water dilutable liquid soap concentrate comprising soap at 0.5-50 wt.%, preferably 5-20 wt.%; (2) a preparation of a cosmetic product for body use and product for washing, cleaning, degreasing or scouring, comprising preparation of two premixtures such as a first phase comprising liquid concentrates containing nonwater-soluble additives and a second demineralized aqueous phase containing water-soluble additives under cold agitation and mixing the two phases under cold agitation; and (3) a cosmetic product for body use and products for washing, cleaning, degreasing or scouring comprising the soap concentrate. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The process is useful for the preparation water dilutable liquid soap concentrates for the preparation of cosmetic products for body use and products for washing, cleaning, degreasing or stable and homogeneous scouring (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The process is simple and economic (claimed). The soap concentrates are easy for exportation and require less cost for transportation. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Process: The aqueous saponification phase contains less than 70 wt.%, preferably 15-25 wt.% of demineralized water. The process permits successive/simultaneous saponification of two or more fatty substances. When the process comprises a chemical reaction before saponification, the alkaline pH (pH above 7) is maintained in the mixture before starting saponification. The base is completely solubilized before introduction of the fatty substance. The pH after saponification is maintained alkaline until the end of the preparation, to avoid the flocculation of the soap. The process comprises thickening and regulating the viscosity of aqueous solutions of very low active matter content, by addition of salt e.g. sodium chloride or Epsom salt, with a ratio of dynamic viscosity with the content (particularly high content) of active matters. Preferred Composition: The soap concentrate further comprises anionic, amphoteric, nonionic and/or cationic surfactants. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# A soap concentrate was prepared using hot ( 50[deg]C) demineralized water (to make up to 100%), tetrasodium EDTA (1.5%), 30% washing potash (1.95%), copra fatty acid (2.1%), cocoamido propyl betain (1.3%), alkyl polyglycoside (0.6%), lauryl dimethylamine oxide (2%), 30% washing soda (1%), 97.5% sodium lauryl alkane sulfonate (2.4%), ethyl phthalate (2%), orange terpene (0.24%), sodium lauryl ether sulfate (14.5%) and preservative (less than 1%). The tetrasodium EDTA was completely dissolved in the demineralized water. The washing potash was added under agitation. Saponification was carried out at 50[deg]C for more than 15 minutes. The pH was maintained at 7.5-9.5.
