<p>According to the invention, for a weight instrument having a guide bar, weights each having a through hole for a guide bar, and a wire connected to an uppermost weight of the weights, by using a detachable one repetition maximum measuring unit which is coupled to the guide bar of the weight instrument and has a load cell, the load cell senses a vertical upward load from a weight generated when the weight is lifted. Therefore, it is possible to easily measure one repetition maximum of multiple parts of a body at low cost.</p> |
