The headlight has a reflector (1) comprising an orifice (2), and a lampholder to mount a gas discharge lamp. The lampholder is partly placed in the orifice and fixed to the reflector. The orifice is adapted to receive the lampholder for a xenon lamp and another lampholder for a halogen lamp, where the orifice has a shape of a rectangular base. Each lampholder has four fixation tabs to permit fixation of the lampholders on the reflector. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a lighting device.
