Process of a surface coating containing a positioning and fixing face having a PVC layer and other face i.e. upper face having greater anti properties comprises: impregnating polyvinylchloride in to a base support, preferably polyester; depositing anti-slip particles having ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) on the support; and polymerizing the support to obtain a structure having a certain cohesion. An independent claim is included for a surface coating.
