The block has an upper side (3), a lower side (4), a rear side (5) and a front side (6) that extend along the length of the block. The front side has complimentary retaining grooves (8) that extend from the upper side of the block towards the lower side of the block. The grooves emerge out on the lower side of the block. Each groove has a variable section along its longitudinal direction and extends parallel to ends (2a, 2b) of the block. The grooves are provided for fixation of an insulating body (50) on the front side of the block, where the body covers the front side of the block.
