The device has an angle transmission (2) with two outputs connected to cardan shafts (3a, 3b), respectively, which drive a rotor shaft by two ends of the shafts via positive transmissions. The shafts drive respective drive pulleys (4a, 4b) which drive driven pulleys (6a, 6b) by toothed belts (5a, 5b), respectively. A torque limiter is constituted of a friction element and is interposed between the pulley (6a) and the rotor shaft, where the friction element is tightened against the toothed pulley by a plate integrated to the rotor shaft.
