The tool has two rods (1, 5) of different lengths, connected in the shape of L. Slits (2) lock and wedge flat parts of shackle pins of different diameters at ends of the rods by an extending axis of the rods. The rod which does not lock the shackle pin serves as a lever arm. Bent ends of the rods are consolidated by a sliding or fixed ring (3), and a pin (4) serves as a mark to orient the slit.
