The device has a blade (32) mounted on a suction conduit (28) and/or suction strainer (26) so as to be in contact with a hydraulic fluid (18), in normal implementation condition. The suction conduit is mounted at rotation with respect to a hydraulic fluid pump (12), and presents a rotation axis corresponding to a median axis of a hydraulic fluid tank (16). The suction conduit is Z shaped and comprises branch ends (28a, 28b) in fluid communication using a transversal branch (28c).
