<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a rod mounted between horns (C) of a case (B) and presenting manually adjustable arrangement for obtaining a reduction of diameter of the rod corresponding to an engagement of an intermediate fixation link (2). The fixation link (2) is fixed to an end of a wrist strap (BR), and ferrules (6, 7) are mounted at each end of the rod. A plate (8) is mounted in the bottom surface of the link for closing indentation and housings of the link. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for fixing a wrist strap between horns of a case of a watch (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The rod presents the manually adjustable arrangement for obtaining the reduction of diameter of the rod corresponding to the engagement of the link, thus easily fixing the link between the horns of the case without requiring any tools and without modifying the case of the watch, and hence fixing the wrist strap to the watch in a simple, safe and efficient manner. The protection plate is mounted in the bottom surface of the link for closing the indentation and housings of the link, thus protecting the rod against external agents such as dirt, impurities and perspiration. The device effectively facilitates the penetration of ferrules in recesses of housings of the device and ensures the locking of the ferrules in the fixation position.
