<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granular composition containing soybean isoflavone, lysine and useful components such as minerals and calcium contained in a seaweed by using a turbid liquid obtained by adding soybean powder to pulverized seaweeds such as wakame seaweed and sea tangle as a raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the granular composition of the seaweed containing the soybean component comprises: adding and dissolving sodium carbonate and a fatty acid ester of glycerol, calcium carbonate, lecithin and a silicone resin to and in the turbid liquid obtained by adding raw soybean powder to the seaweeds such as the wakame seaweed and the sea tangle; cooling the dissolved product to normal temperature; adding glucono-δ-lactone, magnesium chloride and sodium citrate thereto; dropping the resultant liquid to an aqueous solution of calcium lactate to coagulate the protein; and further heating the product to coagulate the protein in the composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
