<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone-contained voice conversion system that can output a karaoke performance and an acoustic instrument performance while giving effect by connecting an acoustic instrument such as an electric guitar and a voice input device such as a microphone to a mobile phone having a voice conversion and an acoustic instrument signal conversion functions and outputting an input sound after giving change in real time, and makes it easy to set operations of the karaoke performance and acoustic instrument performance. <P>SOLUTION: When the electric guitar 6 and a speaker 8 are connected to the mobile phone 1a and the electric guitar is played, an effect processing circuit of the mobile phone 1a imparts effect to a musical sound signal and the resulting signal is output from the speaker 8. The karaoke performance can also be output with effect added to input voice.
