<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing case service plan formation support device, in which a care manager or field staff can accurately form a care plan (nursing case service plan) in a short time regardless of the knowledge or experience thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A sentence example corresponding to each need is stored in association with sentence examples corresponding to a help target and a help content paired with each need, respectively.
