<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component transferring device capable of achieving efficiency by enabling at least one of more correct simultaneous absorption or simultaneous placement of electronic components. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component transferring device comprises head units 4 and 5 for supporting a plurality of absorption heads 43 to 45 while they are lined in a predetermined direction, and for horizontally transferring them on a substrate 2.
