PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a positioning shield case hook, fix a circuit board at its normal position while avoiding tilting of a shield case, and increase the fixing strength of the shield case. SOLUTION: An angular shield case 1 to be mounted on a circuit board 2 has faces 5A at its four corners. Each of the faces 5A is formed by bending a tip end of a lower extension 5 of a lower edge member 4 inwardly of the case. The faces 5A are reflow-soldered to pads 3 of the circuit board 2 in a planar contacted state.
