PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit having a capacitative element with improved reliability for detecting the weakness of the insulation resistance of a capacitor, and to provide an improved reliability test method for the circuit. SOLUTION: This circuit 11 is provided with an input terminal 19, an output terminal 17, a power supply voltage terminal 15, a ground terminal 21, and a useful circuit. The useful circuit is provided with the capacitive element, having a first capacitive terminal and a second capacitive terminal. The capacitative element is provided with two serial capacitors 29a and 29b, connected mutually via an internal capacitive node.
