PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of verifying a liquid level of electrolyte solution of a battery of a type covered with a translucent container more easily without mounting a device, a fixture or the like for detecting the level of the electrolyte solution to the battery. SOLUTION: Colored resin particles with low specific gravity stable against electrolyte solution colored with dye and/or pigment are made to float on a liquid face of electrolyte solution in the battery covered with the translucent container, whereby, the liquid level can be easily verified from outside the translucent container.
