PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load of a traffic information display device loaded on a vehicle, etc. and to provide highly precise traffic information. SOLUTION: This traffic information processor acquires the traffic information including information regarding travel time of a link from the outside and calculates the travel time to an unprovided link to which the travel time is not provided by estimation compensation processing. Estimated compliment is performed by using travel time, a degree of traffic congestion and travel time of a link around the unprovided link, etc. obtained in the near past. The traffic information obtained from the outside is accumulated and statistically processed. In addition, travel time in the near future is also estimated. In addition, when there is an abnormality in the obtained traffic information, the traffic information is deleted and regarded as the unprovided link. Furthermore, probability distribution of travel time of each link is calculated, probability distribution of travel time of the whole path comprised of a plurality of links is also calculated and probability to a specific travel time range is calculated.
