摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of a time of feedback control wherein increase/reduction of abnormality of a supply flow rate based on increase/reduction or the like of water supply pressure is generated in a water supply flow controller performing the feedback control to converge a water supply flow rate on a set flow rate by controlling advance and retreat of a valve element of a water supply flow control valve to adjust an opening of a water supply conduit. SOLUTION: When the abnormal change of the supply flow rate is generated on the basis of the change or the like of the water supply pressure, opening/closing of the opening of the water supply conduit is quickened by increasing/reducing speed of an advance and retreat operation time of the valve element, and the water supply flow rate flowing through the water supply flow control valve is changed to suppress the increase of the time of the feedback control.
