PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple parking lot floor having excellent performance such as waterproof, durability, wear resistance, and slip resistance at low cost and to provide its construction method. SOLUTION: In this parking lot floor, it is constituted by laying a primer layer, a two liquid ultra-high speed hardening type polyurethane layer (A), and a two liquid ultra-high speed hardening type polyurethane layer (B) containing aggregate on a basement face, the two liquid ultra-high speed hardening type polyurethane layer (A) and the two liquid ultra-high speed hardening type polyurethane layer (B) are 70 to 95 by durometer hardness test type A prescribed in JISK6253, difference between both layers is within 15 or 40 to 60 by hardness test type D, difference between both layers is within 15 and tensile strength prescribed in JISA6021 is 8 to 20, and this floor is composed of a layer obtained by using a two liquid ultra-high speed hardening type polyurethane material (a) and a two liquid ultra-high speed hardening type polyurethane material (b) forming polyurethane resin having difference between both layers of within 10.
