PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately close a connecting recess which is formed at the edge of a segment, and to surely support a cover member for covering the connecting recess. SOLUTION: This closing member comprises: a mounting base 11 which is engaged to a head of a bolt 7 for connecting the segments 1 together, by means of a magnet 10; a rotating part 16 which can be freely rotated with respect to the mounting base 11; a slot 20 which is provided in the rotating part 16; a supporting shaft 23, one end 23a of which passes through the slot 20 so as to be freely slidable, the other end 23b of which is almost orthogonally elongated out to the almost central part of the opening of the connecting recess 3, and which makes the length of the elongation of the other end 23b freely adjustable with respect to the slot 20 by using nuts 26 and 27 at one end 23a; a cover 30 which covers the opening of the connecting recess 3 in such a manner that the cover is almost flush with an inner surface 1a of the segment, the almost central part of which is equipped with a hole part 31, and which is fixed by a nut 37 screwed to the other end 23b of the supporting shaft; and a filler 41 which is to be infilled into a space in the connecting recess 3 covered with the cover 30.
