PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dispersed slurry coating material excellent in storage stability and smoothness of the coated film. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the water dispersion slurry coating material comprising particles (A) comprising inorganic substance or inorganic substance and a resin (a2) and resin particles (B) comprising a resin (b), in an aqueous medium, wherein the ratio of [volumetric average particle diameter of the particles (A)]/[volumetric average particle diameter of the resin particles (B)] is 0.003-0.3, and preferable volumetric average particle diameter of the particles (A) is 0.001-3μm and volumetric average particle diameter of the resin particles (B) is 0.3-10μm, and the dispersion preferably comprises a surfactant and a hardener, and the resin (a2) and the resin (b) are at least one selected from a group comprising a polyurethane resin, an epoxy resin, a vinyl resin and a polyester resin.
