PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitumor agent that does not act on a normal cell, but acts only on a cancer cell in a specific way. SOLUTION: The above antitumor agent contains DNase as an active ingredient. However, the case where the antitumor agent is used together with an antibody or its fragment specific to a tumor-associated antigen and the case where the antitumor agent is used together with collagenase are excluded.
