PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring container and an analyzer capable of restraining a liquid staying part from being generated and capable of stirring uniformly a liquid. SOLUTION: There are provided the stirring container 7 for stirring a micro amount of a liquid held therein by utilizing a sound wave, and used for the analyzer for measuring a characteristic of the held liquid, and the analyzer. The stirring container 7 is provided with a recess PL for restricting and holding a shape of the liquid to form a gas-liquid interface with the liquid Ls contacting with gas, a wall part for specifying the recess, and including side walls 7b and a bottom wall 7a with a prescribed wall thickness, and a surface acoustic wave element 21 installed in an outside of the wall part, and for generating a surface acoustic wave for stirring the liquid held in the recess. Adjacent faces are connected with a curved face, or the adjacent faces contacts to form an obtuse angle, or constituted of a curved face, along a flow direction in the liquid generated by the surface acoustic wave emitted from the surface acoustic wave element, in the wall part corresponding to the recess contacting with the liquid.
