PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device with an agitation air blowing function with a simple structure and small electric power consumption, capable of reducing running costs, and reducible in price, without requiring two waterwheel type fans. SOLUTION: The exhaust device with the agitation air blowing function is placed in an underfloor space or an underpart of a roof of a house. It is provided with one motor, one waterwheel type fan rotatively driven by the motor, and an annular fan casing arranged around the fan. An air suction opening is provided in one side center of the fan casing. An exhaust part for exhausting one part of air from the waterwheel type fan from the underfloor space or the underpart of the roof is provided in a portion of a periphery of the casing away from the suction opening. A plurality of air blow out openings blowing out a remaining part of the air from the waterwheel type fan to a periphery to be used for agitation air blowing is provided in a portion of the periphery of the casing near the suction opening.
