PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device capable of preventing abnormal overheating of an inner wall surface of a combustion chamber by a combustion gas, and controlling the impairing of heat exchanging efficiency. SOLUTION: This combustion device has a means for changing the flow of exhaust of a heat exchanger 1, and has a constitution not discharging the exhaust of high temperature. Thus a problem on the flow-out of exhaust of high temperature not exchanging heat, to an exhaust cylinder 3 from a clearance between a fin of the heat exchanger 1 disposed in parallel with the case of the heat exchanger 1 and the case can be solved.
