PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the improvement of processing efficiency while maintaining the reliability of a prior art as it is, in an apparatus for arranging a plurality of articles such as tablets, sugar-coated pills, capsules to a predetermined location in a predetermined posture and sending the articles into a plurality of cups in a strip-like sheet. SOLUTION: A packing plate 3 can be sent to and moved from a packing location/posture 7 to a delivering location/posture 8 by a sending and moving unit 6. A plurality of packing plates 3 are provided and aligned in the sending and moving direction. Moreover, after handing over the small article to a transferring and delivering plate 9, the packing plate 3 in the delivering location/posture 8 can be transferred to the packing location/posture 7 and can be lifted up to the face of a sending and moving height in the opposite direction of a sending and moving direction in a part lower than the face of a pushing/pulling movement height of the other packing plate 3.
