PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom part car body structure of a vehicle to connect a tunnel reinforcing member from an upper surface of a tunnel part along a side surface by forming the tunnel part on a floor panel and to connect left and right cross members and a cross reinforcing member on the side surface by accumulating them and capable of certainly connecting these four members even by a specified connecting method and improving rigidity in the neighborhood of the tunnel part. SOLUTION: It is possible to connect each of the three members even at a portion where the four members are polymerized as a cutout part 10 is provided and to prevent the occurrence of welding failure due to nugget forming failure of spot welding. Additionally, it is possible to restrain mouth opening deformation by connecting both side positions of the cutout part 10 to a third cross reinforcement 8 through the floor panel 1 by setting (A) and (B) connecting points on front and rear cutout end parts 52, 53.
