PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet or a tape piece for the double eyelid formation which can easily be pasted by one hand without requiring a dedicated utensil, and can form a beautiful double eyelid. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet or the tape piece for the double eyelid formation comprises a base material and a double-sided adherent member including an adhesive layer on both surfaces of the base material. The adhesive layer of the double-sided adherent member is protected by a separator, and the peeling strength between the adhesive layer and the separator on the side which is pasted on the skin surface of the double-sided adherent member, and the peeling strength between the adhesive layer and the separator on the opposite side are different for the sheet or the tape piece. In concrete, the peeling strength between the adhesive layer and the separator on the side which is pasted on the skin surface is smaller compared to the peeling strength between the adhesive layer and the separator on the opposite side. Also, the peeling strength between the adhesive layer and the separator on the opposite side is smaller compared to the peeling strength between the adhesive layer and the skin on the side which is pasted to the skin surface for the adhesive sheet or the tape piece for the double eyelid formation.
