PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a device into a printing feasible state in a short time. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with an applied voltage controlling means 31 by which DC voltage applied to an electrifying roller 9 is changed per specified time corresponding to the non-image area of the surface of a photoreceptor, and the reflection density of a pattern part formed on the surface of the photoreceptor corresponding to a condition before/after the change of voltage is respectively detected by an optical sensor 17 and the voltage applied to the electrifying roller 9 is controlled in accordance with the power ratio of an output value outputted by the optical sensor 17 and a control performance judging means 32 to judge whether or not the applied voltage controlling means 31 performs control by outside air temperature detected by a temperature sensor 16 at the start time of the device. Then, when the outside air temperature is higher than the set temperature, >=90% of electric power is centralized to a fixing part 18 without performing the control by the applied voltage controlling means 31, so that the device is set in the printing feasible state in the short time. |
