PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notice system which can detect illegal use when ID of the user of a credit card and a communication network is used. SOLUTION: A notice destination for receiving a notice or an inquiry when identification information specifying a contract is previously used by a regular user is designated in a credit card company or a financial institution managing identification information for specifying the contract such as a credit card number and an account number or the system supplying various services and the destination is registered in the system managing identification information for specifying the contract. When identification information for specifying the contract is used, that identification information for specifying the contract is used is notified to the designated notice destination or the propriety of use is inquired to it. |
