Conveying screw (3) has a partially cylindrical formed helix, which is partially formed as a brushing helix. The brushing helix is a nylon brushing helix or a polyurethane occupied helix. The outside diameter of the brushing helix is more than the outer diameter of the helix which is not formed as a brushing helix. An independent claim is also included for the following: (1) Bulk material conveyor; and (2) Preliminary purification method.
