The hull has an adjustable device in form of a multi-functional flap (5) that represents a continuation of a sliding surface (4). The hull has a breadth ten fold of its length, where a keel body (2) with hydrostatic drive is provided in a quarter of the length of the hull. The hydrostatic drive has a plane base that is inclined to a bow, where the hydrostatic drive is provided with a guide plate as an integral part of a ship body.
